For established contracting firms with years of work behind them
Every quote you lost is still sat in your inbox.
You have sent thousands of quotes. You won some. The rest went quiet and you never asked again. Those people did not vanish. Most of them still own the same house, the same building, the same problem. We go back through your old quotes, your past customers and your expired certificates, and we ask properly, in your name. The work was always there. Nobody went and got it.
What is sitting in your system right now
Four piles of money, none of them being asked for.
The biggest pile and the one nobody touches. Most were never turned down. They were waiting on funding, on a partner, on a decision that got made without you because you were not in front of them when it happened.
EICRs run five years. Gas safety, fire alarm and emergency lighting run one. The work you did in 2021 is due again now, and whoever emails first gets it. Usually that is not the firm who did it last time.
They were delighted with you. Then three years passed and they cannot remember your company name, so when the next job came up they searched instead of scrolling back through their email.
The ones that came in during a busy fortnight and got buried. You never priced them, they never chased, and both sides quietly moved on.
How it runs
You send us the file. We do the rest.
- 01We take what you already have. A CRM export, a spreadsheet, a folder of quotes, an accounting system. Whatever state it is in. Cleaning it up is our job, not yours.
- 02We sort it by what they actually need. Not one blast to everybody. A landlord whose EICR expires in March gets a different email from a homeowner who priced a rewire in 2023. The reason they are hearing from you is the reason they reply.
- 03We write it in your voice and send it. From your domain, with your name on it, set up properly so it lands rather than bounces. Nothing goes out that you have not seen.
- 04Replies come to you. Straight into your inbox and your diary. You quote the ones worth quoting. We keep the rest warm until they are ready.
The question everybody asks first
Yes, you are allowed to email them.
Under UK rules you may email people whose details you obtained during a sale or during negotiations for one. Somebody who asked you for a quote was negotiating a sale, so they are reachable, provided it is for similar work and every email carries a clear way to opt out. That is the whole basis of this. We only ever contact people who came to you first, we never buy or scrape a list, and anyone who asks to be left alone is removed permanently and immediately.
If you are not sure what is in your database or where it came from, that is the first thing we go through together.
How we work
Going back through your old quotes only works once. So every firm we do this for gets our follow-up system installed on their number at no extra cost, chasing every new quote from the day we start. That way the pile never builds up again.
Find out what is in yours.
A short call. You tell us roughly how long you have been trading and what system you keep quotes in. We tell you what is likely recoverable and what it would take to go and get it.
Book a CallFor UK trades sat on quotes that went quiet
You quoted three grand on Tuesday. Then what?
Most quotes don't get turned down. They just go quiet, and you never ask twice. Wattleads asks for you, in your name, at the right moment, until you get a yes or a no. Either way you stop wondering.
Also handles missed calls, review requests and chasing your unpaid invoices.
You did the survey. You sat in the van and wrote the quote up properly. You sent it.
And then nothing. No no, no yes. Just quiet.
You don't chase it, because chasing looks desperate and you've got work on anyway. A fortnight goes by. Now it's too late to ring without it being weird, so you write it off and tell yourself they went cheaper. Half the time they didn't. They were waiting on the wife, or the money, or they simply forgot you existed.
Wattleads asks for you. A short one after two days, another after a week, a last one after a fortnight. Your name, your wording. Nothing pushy, because it doesn't need to be. It just needs to be there when they're ready.
You stop losing three grand to silence.

The caller receives a professional text-back, and the conversation can be used to identify the work and guide suitable enquiries toward a survey.
No. The first use case is recovering opportunities from calls you already receive. Additional lead-generation channels can be considered later.

£250 to build and install it on your number, then £97 a month to keep it running. The £250 is an introductory rate and returns to £500 on 2 September. That covers texts, monitoring, and changes whenever your prices or availability change. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. One recovered job at £400 covers roughly four months of it.
Straight answer: the system stops with it. The text-backs, the booking flow and the review prompts run on our platform, so if you cancel, your number goes back to behaving like a normal phone. Nothing is lost. Your calls, your customers and your number are always yours. The automation is the only thing that stops. We would rather you knew that on day one than found it out later.
We review how calls and enquiries currently arrive, identify missed-call opportunities, and decide whether a small pilot makes sense.
Missed-call text-back, enquiry qualification, survey booking, and a review-request prompt after every completed job. Built around your number, your hours and the work you actually want.
